We ship from Germany across Germany, the rest of Europe and worldwide. The exact rate is shown at checkout before you pay, based on the weight of your order.

Cabinets and cellars

Coolers ship well protected; large cabinets and the climate cellars are heavy and ship on a pallet. Delivery is kerbside: the carrier brings it to the nearest accessible door, not installed. Stand the appliance level with the stated ventilation clearance, let it settle upright after transport before switching on, and plug into a suitable socket (a built-in model connected per the instructions, fixed electrics by a qualified electrician). Shelves, filters, thermometers and serving kit ship by parcel.

Times

Orders leave us within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days within Germany, 4–10 business days to the rest of Europe and 7–20 business days further afield. Pallet shipments are booked with a freight carrier who calls ahead; allow 5–15 business days.

Customs

Goods are dispatched from Germany. For deliveries outside the EU, any import duty, VAT or clearance fee in the destination country is payable by the recipient.

Damage in transit

Check the packaging before you sign for it, note any damage on the carrier's paperwork and photograph it — that is what makes a claim straightforward.
